Irkut Corporation presented a virtual tour of SSJ-100 aircraft at the EEF-2022

Irkut Corporation (part of PJSC UAC of Rostec State Corporation) presented at the Eastern Economic Forum, held from 5 to 8 September 2022 in Vladivostok, the VR-stand of the SSJ-100 aircraft cabin, which will allow guests and forum participants to get acquainted with the interior of the aircraft in business version.
The virtual cabin for the VR-stand was created based on the interior of a real aircraft. It enabled to accurately recreate the business version of the SSJ-100 and to form a sense of presence. Forum guests and potential customers have access to six viewing points inside the aircraft, as well as interactive interior design elements.
The stand includes virtual reality glasses, a joystick for moving and interacting with the cabin virtual environment, as well as a screen that broadcasts what a user sees in the glasses.
The virtual reality stand is installed at the exhibition “Streets of the Far East” in the pavilion of the Khabarovsk region, where mass production of SSJ-100 is located.
