UAC’s Annual Report has won the Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition

Annual Report of the United Aircraft Corporation (PJSC UAC, Moscow Exchange: UNAC) for 2014 (http://www.uacrussia.ru/ar2014_eng) was the best in the category "Best Annual Report in the Industrial Sector" at the XVIII Annual Report Competition organized by the Moscow Exchange and the media group RCB.

Moreover, UAC’s website (http://www.uacrussia.ru/) became the awardee in the category "Best Design and Navigation of a Corporate Website."

149 Russian and foreign companies took part in the XVIII Annual Report Competition.

The competition is held in order to maintain the high level of transparency of companies and to promote effective disclosure of information to investors and customers.

Evaluation of annual reports in major categories was carried out in two stages: the first stage - the competition commission, composed of independent experts and employees of the Moscow Exchange, the second - the jury consisting of employees of the Moscow Exchange and invited representatives of professional securities market participants, state authorities, professional associations and independent experts.

To select the winner the competition commission and the jury estimated the level of disclosure of the following information about the company in the annual report:

financial information;

corporate governance;

ownership structure;

operating activities;

sustainable development.
