02.04.2018

From April 3 to 8, 2018, the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) will take part in FIDAE – one of the leading air shows in Latin America, held for the 20th time in Santiago, Chile.

The Corporation will exhibit its programs in civil, military and civil aviation on its stand (#D4, Hall D). Combat aviation will be represented by UAC’s MiG-29M program. The MiG-29M multifunctional fighter is a highly upgraded and maneuverable 4+ generation combat aircraft. It uses a number of technologies allowing it to be superior over competing models.

Among UAC’s civil programs to be showcased is the Superjet 100 aircraft. Interjet, one of Mexico’s leading airlines successfully operates a large fleet of Superjet 100 aircraft. The contract for delivery was signed in 2010, and the airline started operations of the type in 2013. Currently, Interjet operates 22 Superjet 100 aircraft, having flown more than 109,000 flights with more than 126,000 flight hours. The Superjet 100 aircraft in Interjet’s fleet are flying to destinations both inside Mexico and to other Latin American countries.

UAC’s unique Be-200 and Be-103 amphibian aircraft, also represented at the company stand, are of great interest to Latin American customers, as their capabilities allow using the aircraft with maximum effectiveness and flexibility.
